The concept: a health-casting support with focus on heavy regen.
|(Innate): Krag's thick slime provides damage resistance, which increases as his health decreases, with bonuses maxxing out at 1/3 hp.
|(Passive): Krag's mutated slime is constantly growing, passively granting him increased hp regeneration and a slick coating that reduces cc effects.
(Active): Krag can activate this ability to attach part of himself onto a target ally, donating the passive effect to them until the spell is cast again or the target moves too far from krag, and providing a health shield for a short period. This will work like udyr/sona's stance system, with an active and persistent effect and a leashing mechanic. Krag can recast on himself to return the passive (but no shield) at no cost, or simply break the leash.

|(Toggle): Krag can use pieces of himself as a thrown weapon, making his standard attacks ranged and reducing the enemy's AD on-hit, as well as adding magic damage to his attacks at the cost of his own health. AD reduction does not stack.
Cost: 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20 health per attack
Magic Damage: 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 / 36 (+0.2 per ability power)(+1% of Krag's maximum health)
|(Active): Krag throws a large chunk of himself at target area, doing aoe damage and applying a slow to those hit for 2s, and revealing them. The ball will remain where it landed for 5s, and if Krag walks over it he returns half of the health cost.
Cost: 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 health
Magic Damage: 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215 (+0.35 per ability power)(+3% of Krag's maximum health)
|(Active): Krag swells into a large ball and launches himself to a target area, damaging enemies and forming a large sticky puddle. Enemies hit directly recieve a 25% slow, enemies walking over the puddle recieve a 15% slow. After 1.5s, Krag reforms into his normal shape, pulling any enemies in the puddle with him, and doing additional damage.
Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 80 Seconds
Impact damage: 80 / 105 / 130 (+0.3 per ability power)(+2% of Krag's maximum health)

- Increased health regen on Q from 4/8/12/16/20 to 10/15/20/25/30
- Reduced AP scaling on R from .5 to .3
- Reduced HP scaling on E from 5% to 3%
