Ruske, the Element Prodigy is a custom champion for League of Legends. Ruske's basic attacks change color based on the last spell he cast, red, orange, green or blue.

Abilities

Enhanced Casting
Zephyr

Innate: Casting a spell grants Ruske a stack of Enhanced Casting. Ruske can only gain 1 stack every 1.25 seconds. Upon reaching 5 stacks, the stacks are replaced with a Power Cast buff, resetting the cooldowns of his basic abilities. Casting a spell consumes the Power Cast buff and grants that spell extra effects and permanently grants Ruske +1 Ability Power.


Fire Trident

Incinerate

Active: Ruske releases 3 collision-linear lines of fire in a cone in front of him to deal magic damage. The lines leave a trail of fire on the ground for 5 seconds as they go, damaging enemies who walk over them. Power Cast: Fire Trident deals bonus magic damage. Getting hit by the spell or walking over the trails of fire applies a debuff to enemy champions for 3 seconds that deals bonus magic damage over time and reduces incoming healing.

Seismic Shard

Active: After 0.5 seconds, Ruske encases an enemy champion in boulders, dealing magic damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds. Enemies stunned by Terra Prison cannot be targeted for champion basic attacks. Power Cast: Terra Prison deals bonus magic damage and the stun duration is increased to 2 seconds. Enemies near the original target take additional magic damage.

Short Circuit

Active: Ruske releases a delayed bolt of electricity to a 100-range target area. After 0.5 seconds, enemies within target area take magic damage and are slowed by 40% for 1.5 seconds. In addition, Short Circuit grants vision of the target area when the spell lands. Stealthed champions hit by this spell are revealed. Power Cast: Ruske can cast the spell 3 times within 10 seconds before it goes on cooldown. Enemies hit with multiple Short Circuits take 50% deduced damage and are slowed for 30% instead.

  • Magic Damage: 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+ 60% AP)


Final Frost

Glacial Storm

Active: Ruske starts a 2.5 second channel, after which he freezes a large 800-range target area solid, dealing magic damage and slowing all enemies within the area for 2.5 seconds. The frost stays on the ground for 3 seconds, slowing all enemies who walk on it. Power Cast: Channel time is reduced to 2 seconds. Enemies take increased magic damage and enemies hit by the magic damage are stunned for 1 second instead of being slowed. The frozen ground slow remains normal.

  • Magic Damage: 150 / 300 / 450 (+ 55% AP)
  • Slow: 30% / 45% / 60%
  • Frozen Ground Slow: 15% / 30% / 45%
  • Enhanced Magic Damage: 200 / 400 / 600 (+ 70% AP)


This is my first concept (And first wiki post to that matter), and constructive criticism is more than welcome. I've tweaked some numbers and cleaned it up a lot since the first post. (Thanks Kassyndra for giving some nice tips)
