Neos, the Oracle's Light is a Custom Champion for the Constest of Concept Battle #1.

Light's Eyes
Observer

Each 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 spells reveals the true in his next spell. If Neos casts a spell on himself or an ally, it will gain True Sight for 4 seconds (cannot reveal enemy ward with it), if Neos casts one against an enemy, it reveals it.

Neos' spells deal 10% / 15% / 20% more damage againist enemies are hide.

Additional Information:

Hide enemies are stealths enemies revealed by true sight, enemies revealed by a ward but without a direct champion sight, and enemies under effects like Diana Diana's Crescent Strike.png Moonlight or Warwick Warwick's Blood Scent.png Blood Scent

Active - Ally Cast: Neos shields the target allied champion for up to 5 seconds. If the shield is not broken, it will heal the target with 50% of remainder shield.

Active - Enemy Cast: Neos lock a seal to a enemy champion for 3 seconds, if the enemy attack 3 times in a row, it will Disarm icon disarmed. If it cast and spell, it will be Silence icon silence. If they travel more than 600 distance, they will take magic damage.

  • Magic Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+40% AP)
  • Disarm/Silence Duration: 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2

Toogle Off: Future Watched and Shine's Shield gain bonus cast range.

  • Bonus cast range: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250

Toogle On: Neos starts to shoot soulbound arrows, dealing magic damage in his attacks. Each 7 / 6 / 5 arrow will deal more magic damage and count as spell for Light's Eyes.

  • Magic Damage (Normal Arrow): 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 25% AP)
  • Magic Damage(Enchanted): 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 (+ 40% AP)
Ability Details
Light's Arrow is a toggled On-hit effects
  • The triggering attack will apply other on-hit effects and can critically strike as normal.
    • Critical strikes will not interact with Light's Arrow bonus damage
  • Magic damage will be mitigated by magic shields.

Crystallizing Sting

Active: Neos links himself and allied champion with both sun and moon lights, creating a circle of light in both champions (400 radius), dealing huge magic damage to enemies inside both circles.

  • Magic Damage per second: 80 / 120 / 160 (+ 20% AP) (+ 10% Ally AP) (+ 30% Ally bonus AD)
  • Max. Magic damage: 400 / 600 / 800 (+ 100% AP) (+ 50% Ally AP) (+ 150% Ally bonus AD)

If Neos travels to far from his ally, both circles will disappear.

Twin Light is an ally-targeted single target ability with an area of effect.

Additional Information:

Enemies need to stay in BOTH circles, if they are in only one, they will take no damage.
