Mobility Based Champion Concept

Here's a quick concept of a mobility based champion, tell me what you think. (Champion name, ability names, etc. are temporary) The most unique thing about him is that his abilities scale off of movement speed.

ACTIVE: NameHere gains 5 movement speed every second he remains in motion, up to 100 bonus movement speed. This bonus is lost when NameHere stops moving.


Rapid Strikes (temporary name)
COST: 25 energy
COOLDOWN: 3

ACTIVE: NameHere strikes enemies in front of him, dealing physical damage. After 0.5 seconds he will automatically strike again for the same damage. If both strikes hit the same target, NameHere's cooldowns are reduced by 0.5 seconds and he recieves 20 movement speed for 4 seconds. The bonus movement speed stacks 2 times.

  • PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 65 / 80 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+30% AP) (+50% bonus movement speed)

HYPERSONIC BONUS: This ability will have 10% increased damage, and the second strike will stun enemies hit for 0.5 seconds.


Dash (temporary name)
RANGE: 320
COST: 75 energy
COOLDOWN: 4
Shadow Dash

ACTIVE: NameHere dashes towards the cursor over 0.6 seconds, dealing physical damage to enemies in his path. If Rapid Strikes is cast while NameHere is dashing, NameHere leap into the air for 1 second. If Vault is cast while NameHere is in the air, NameHere will end the leap by slamming into the ground, causing nearby enemies to take magic damage and be knocked back a short distance. Instead of casting Vault, Dash can be reactivated while NameHere is in the air, causing him to return to where he started the dash. The second activation of dash will not do damage.

  • PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+25% AP) (+10% bonus movement speed)
  • MAGIC DAMAGE: 50 / 60 / 75 / 90 / 115 (+25% AP) (+20% movement speed)

HYPERSONIC BONUS: Enemies in the path of the dash will be slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. In addition, the second activation of dash gains the damage and slow.


Vault (temporary name)
RANGE: 525
COST: 100 / 95 / 90 / 85 / 80 energy
COOLDOWN: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6
Crushing Blow

ACTIVE: NameHere jumps to target enemy, dealing physical damage. This ability can be reactivated within 0.5 seconds of landing to cause NameHere to jump towards the cursor again, away from the initial target. If Rapid Strikes is cast during the second jump, NameHere will turn and strike the enemy with his staff, knocking them to NameHere's left side.

  • PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 55 / 85 / 125 / 165 / 200 (+20% AP) (+65% bonus movement speed)

HYPERSONIC BONUS: Vault's range is increased by 100, and this ability will stun the target for 1 second.


Hypersonic (temporary name)
COST: 120 / 105 / 95 energy
COOLDOWN: 70 / 55 / 40
Sonic Wave

For 10 seconds, NameHere gains 20% increased movement speed and doubled energy regeneration. Additionally, NameHere's next 2 spell casts will have upgraded effects.
