My Eve Rework

Just my Idea how you could buff/rework Eve to an usefull char.

I will use the Eve wiki site and write my ideas and edits with Underline and Bold so you can see the change from actually to my conception.

May i need to establish some points, i will do it at the end.

Now have fun with my rework/buff concept.

(Active): Instantly spikes the closest enemy unit dealing magic damage and 50% of that damage to a secondary nearby target.
  • Cooldown: 0.8 seconds
  • Range: 200

Cost: 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 mana

Magic Damage To Main Target: 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 (+0.42 per ability power)

Magic Damage To Secondary Target: 12.5 / 20 / 27.5 / 35 / 42.5 (+0.21 per ability power)

Hate Spike

(Active): Instantly spikes the closest enemy unit dealing normal damage and hitting another target with a lower amount that dealing magic damage*Cooldown: 0.8 seconds
  • Range: 225

Cost: 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 mana

Normal Damage To Main Target: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 (+0.75 per bonus attack damage)

'Magic Damage To Secondary Target:' 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+0.20 per ability power)

Shadow Walk

(Active): After 1.5 second delay (which is increased further by taking damage) Evelynn enters stealth for some time. Evelynn's next attack or damage ability will slow her target for 3 seconds, instantly ending her stealth. Evelynn can cast Shadow Walk while stealthed to destealth.
  • Cost: 60 mana

Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds

Stealth Maximum Duration: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 seconds

Slow: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%

Shadow Walk (Active): After 1.0 second delay (which can be increased 2 seconds further by taking damage) Evelynn enters stealth for some time. Evelynn's gains 75 movement speed and her next attacks dealing bonus damage and instantly ending her stealth. Evelynn can cast Shadow Walk while stealthed to destealth.*Cost: 60 mana

Magic Damage: 80 / 135 / 190 / 255 / 320 (+1.0 per ability power)

Armor & Magic Resistance Reduced: 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26

Ravage

(Active): Deals magic damage to target unit and reduces the target's armor and magic resistance for 5 seconds.

Additionally slows her Target for 2.5 seconds

  • Cooldown: 8 seconds
  • Range: 425

Cost: 90 / 105 / 120 / 135 / 150 mana

Magic Damage: 70 / 130 / 180 / 245 / 300 (+0.85 per ability power)

Armor & Magic Resistance Reduced: 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26%

Malice and Spite

(Passive): Each time Evelynn scores a kill or assist she regains health.

Health Restored: 150 / 225 / 300

(Active): Evelynn gains attack speed and movement speed for 10 seconds. Malice and Spite's cooldown refreshes every time she kills a champion or on assists. It can be cast during Shadow Walk without destealthing and its bonuses won't stack if you cast the ability again.
  • No cost
  • Cooldown: 90 seconds

Attack Speed Boost: 25 / 50 / 75%

Movement Speed Boost: 20 / 25 / 30%

Malice and Spite

Health Restored: 150 / 225 / 300

(Active): Evelynn gains attack speed, ability power and attack damage for 8 seconds. Malice and Spite's cooldown refreshes by 75% every time she kills a champion or on assists. It can be cast during Shadow Walk without destealthing and its bonuses won't stack if you cast the ability again.

Adittionally Evelynn get healed by 20% of her maximum health if she gets an Kill and 10% by assists (only if the ultimate is activated)

  • 100 / 150 / 200 Mana


  • Cooldown: 90 seconds

Attack Speed Boost: 40 / 50 / 60%

ability power boost: 15 / 30 / 45

attack damage boost: 10 / 20 / 30


Some notes from my Side: I Add some AD elemets so Eve will be better in the Jungle and you can go for a more usefull Build on AD with her

I switched some parts from the abilitys around, so we they get a more usefull part at eve. for example Movementspeed buff while Stealth for nice Jungle ganks and Slow on The E-Skill.

The passive is now Viable for the jungle, you didnt get reduced damge from Minions, however now the jungle monsters shouldnt hurt you that much.

The additional Part at the passive is kinda assumed from the Graves passive, but i think its not sooo super strong and change that much. (you get 20 Armor full stacked at Level 16 for 3 seconds)
