Every Ability Re uses has a chance to fail, refunding mana but resetting the cooldown of the skill. This is his starting off passive.

Using Percents, Re changes the percent of a natural occurring rift to 25% causing enemies caught within it to be slowed and take magical damage.
Damage: 100 / 140 / 190 / 220 / 300 (+ 50% AP)

Re causes a percent change on nearby enemies making them 50% likely to fail the next ability. Re has a chance to fail failure by 50%. Also every point into this skill raises enemy failure chance by 7.5%. Failure has no channeling time.
Changing the Odds
COST: 50 Mana
Re switches between his 4 passives. Each point only increases the passive currently used. This ability can fail by 10%. This value does not change.
-Reroll: Every Ability Re uses has a chance to fail but failing causes refunded mana and reset cooldown. Every point further increases the ability chance by 10% Capping on skills to 50% for Sudden Rift, 90% Failure, and 100% for Dark Hour.
-Reset: Every Ability has a 100% Chance to cast. All Abilities that Re uses have 75% damage reduce. Every Point reduces the reduce by 5%.
-Remake: Every Ability has a 0% chance to cast. When an ability is cast all the magical damage that would be dealt is transferred into his next basic attack. Every Point causes the 0% to rise to by 5%.
-Recreate: An aura of change surrounds Re. All of his abilities are treated as if Reroll was active but they have no increase success chance, however nearby enemies and champions suffer from the failure too. Their abilities are all lowered by 5% percent failure per skill point in this passive and nearby champions gain 2.5% success per skill point. Range:650

Re causes a field of null space to surround him. The first enemy hit is chosen to enter the field but cannot leave the field. Allies and enemies are knocked back if not Re and the chosen enemy. Abilities that make contact with the field that are from the outside are nullified. Damage can only occur in the field from the chosen enemy and Re. All champions in the field have all skills and basic attacks set to 50% success no matter what skills changes this. All damage must come from the 2 champions inside the field and all damage that occurs within it is true damage. No item actives, summoner spells, or passives work within the field. Chance to base fail is 50%. Field does not lower until one of the 2 champion falls in battle. Recalls are considered Summoner Spells. No resurrection occurs in the field.
