Active: Voda lashes target enemy with his whip, dealing damage and slowing them by 20% for 3 seconds.
Active: Voda sends out a bolt of water that freezes on contact, dealing damage to and stunning the first enemy hit for 1.5 seconds. The frozen enemy may be shattered by any form of physical damage or Crippling Wave, ending the stun but dealing additional damage. If the enemy is killed by the shatter damage, Voda gains +50% movement speed that decays over 2 seconds.
