(Passive): Every time any Enemy Champion Kills an Allied Champion they Gain 1 Mark of Justice. these marks are permanent and never leave. also everytime an Enemy Champion Dies, he will be able to heal himself by total number of Marks multiplied by 10. he also gets 2 AD per mark.
* this will help you survive in clashes

(Active):He teleports to a target and if the target has any number of marks they will get stunned for an amount of time

(Toggle):He throws Golden Star-Shaped Projectiles, dealing true damage and slow to enemies with Marks, enemies without marks will not get true damage but physical damage, slow and armor reduction per strike.

(Active): He shoots a ball of light at the enemy dealing physical damage and magical damage, if the enemy has marks then they are silenced as well

(Active): He uses the Scepter of the Grand Judge to judge the enemy he finds fit, he then convicts them for none are innocent except new-borns, if any are in the path of the skill then they are as well damaged and the skill will move on to the target intended and will cause an explosion in an area

Cost: 250 / 300 / 350 Mana
