This heroes Objective is to be able to kill Killers who have loads of kills,Marks symbolizes the number of kills, in the early game he won't be able to dish out any damage with his skill but as the enemy champions grow stronger in kills, his skills will do more damage.

(Passive): Every time an Ally dies by the hand of an enemy champion he gains one mark, per mark his AD increases by 2 and reduces the cooldown of his ulti by 5%.

(Active)he teleports to a targeted champion.if enemy he kicks the target from behind, then if his marks reached 15, he teleports infront then stuns the enemy.if ally,if his marks reached 10, he gives the ally a short burst of speed

Cooldown: 30 / 25 / 20 / 15 / 10 Seconds

Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana

*this skill is very verstile it can help you chase any enemy.

(Toggle):He throws star shuriken.Every hit is stronger than the last and takes more mana but once turned off, the damage and mana restart. if his marks reached 20 though it does armor reduction and slow.

Cost: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 Mana

(Active): For a short amount of time, he is able to see all champions on the field if his marks reached 25 he is able to damage all enemy champions and heal all ally champions

Cooldown: 45 / 40 / 35 / 30 / 25 Seconds

Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana

(Active): He Convicts an enemy, anywhere on the field provided he can see them. he deals true damage but this can only deal the death blow unless you have 30 marks

Cooldown: 100 / 80 / 60 Seconds
