Custom Rune Changes

Hello, and welcome to my custom rune changes.
The most important changes I have made are these:
- Marks are now all about physical damage.
- Glyphs are now all about magical damage.
- Seals are all the things that doesn't enter to marks and glyphs. (HP regen, HP, Mana regen, Mana, CDR, Gold generation etc.)
- Quintessences are exactly 3 times of the primary ones.
- Tiers are removed.
- Tier 3 runes are now standart runes
- You can buy runes starting at level 1.
- Secondary runes are exactly 0.66 times of primary runes.
- Now, there are tertiary runes. (0.5 times of primary runes.)
- Rune prices changed
- Now, all primary runes cost 450 IP.
- All secondary runes cost 225 or 300 IP. (Depending on power.)
- All quintessences cost 1350 IP.

Custom Kha'Zix Patch
Kha'Zix
- Passive
Deals (10 + 10 x "level") ((+ 20% bonus AD)) physical damage and slow by 25% for 2 seconds.
I didn't remove the passive, but haven't decided on change. Because changing AP ratio to AD ratio and making physical damage could make him broken, so I decided to not change. So old passive stands still.

- 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 150% bonus AD)
- Damage amplifier against isolated targets reduced to 33% from 45%
- 80 / 113 / 147 / 180 / 213 (+ 200% bonus AD)
- Targets are considered to be near an ally if any part of the areas overlap (rather than requiring you to be standing inside the other area). This effectively doubles the isolation radius.
