Asarah, The Diamond of the Sands.
Asarah is a Support based champion who takes protection to a new level. All of her spells dop not scale in base value since as all of her spells are percentage based, and as an added bonus Asarah is a Djinni who can cast any of her basic spells up to three times making her very useful when it comes to team fights.

Passive: Three Wishes
One every 25 seconds, Asarah can cast any of her basic spells three times at a third of the cost, however he can't cast any of her other spells until the charges are consumed. In addition, every time a spell is cast on a targetwhich is affected by said spell already, she refreshes the duration and increases the effectiveness of the buff by 25% per stack.

Asarah will grant the wish of strength, granting herself and her target bonus AD, AP, spell vamp and Lifesteal b7ya percentage for the next few seconds.

Asarah will grant a wish of protection, granting herself and her target a shield that protects her and her targets for a percentage of her maximum health. While the shield is active all those afected have increased movement speed.

Ultimate Spell [R] Wish of Healing
Asarah will grant a wish of healing, tethering herself to a target, ally or enemy and begin to heal all allies around her for a percentage of her targets maximum health for a short time. While tethered to her target her movement speed by 40 percent while the there is active.
