It's been a long time since the last time I posted a champ concept. And this time, I introduce Taric.

Abilities

Gem Craft
Gemcraft

Whenever a gem is destroyed, Taric gains 6 (+0.5/level) mana and reduces all his ability cooldown by 0.5s.


Imbue
RANGE: 625
COST: 60 mana
COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10
Imbue

Active: Taric throw 3 gems in an arc, stick a ruby to the first enemy hit for 3s, dealing magic damage. When an ally attack an enemy with a ruby, the ally is healed. One ally can only be healed by 1 gem per Imbue.

  • Damage: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60
  • Heal per Ruby: 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 (+ 10% AP)


Shatter
RANGE: 600
COST: 70 mana
COOLDOWN: 10
Shatter

Passive: While Shatter is off cooldown, increase his armor and allied champions' armor by 15% of his total Armor.

Active: Taric places a big shard of Sapphire at the target location. The shard stay there for 1 minute. Whenever an enemy stand around the shard, it starts to shatter. After 1.5s or Taric attack it quickly, deals magic damage to nearby enemy and penetrate their armor.

  • Magic Damage: 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+ 10% Armor)
  • Armor Reduction: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+5% armor)


Note Other ideas:

  • The shard also root enemies.
  • If a gem collide with the shard, it apply the gem effect to all nearby enemies and destroyed the gem.
Dazzle
RANGE: 600
COST: 80 mana
COOLDOWN: 14
Dazzle

Active: Taric fires an Emerald sphere at a target direction. On impact the target is marked with an emerald and takes magic damage. If an ally attack an enemy with an Emerald, destroy it to stun the target for 1.2s and deals addition true damage.

  • Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 20% AP)
  • 2nd Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 20% AP)


Ultimate: Temporary unchanged.
