Felix, the Sleeper Agent is my twentieth champion concept.

Abilities

Ghillie Suit

Passive: While in brush, Felix enters stealth after 1 second, and has 50% slowed movement speed. He will remain stealthed until using a damaging ability, or 4 seconds after he leaves the bush. While stealthed, attacking an enemy champion will deal 15 - 135 (based on level) / 150 - 270 (based on level) bonus physical damage and make it black out for 2 seconds. This cannot affect the same target within 15 seconds.


Adrenaline Rush

Passive: Felix uses a machine to start generating adrenaline. The longer he waits without using it, the more effective it will be.



Active: Felix takes a shot of adrenaline, increasing his movement speed for 4 seconds. The movement speed bonus' duration increases by 1 second every time Felix takes damage, up to 10 seconds. The movement speed increase depends on how long Adrenaline Rush has been available.

  • Charge Time: 25 / 23 / 21 / 19 / 17 seconds
  • Minimum Movement Speed Increase: 3% / 5% / 7% / 9% / 11%
  • Maximum Movement Speed Increase: 15% / 25% / 35% / 45% / 55%


ECHO Beacons

Passive: Felix begins storing ECHO Beacons. Up to 1/1/2/2/3 Beacons may be stored at any time.

  • Charge time: 50 / 45 / 40 / 35 / 30

Active: Felix leaves a Beacon at nearby target location. While a Beacon is active, Felix may activate this ability to channels for 3 seconds, then teleport to target Beacon within range, consuming it.

  • Range: 4000


Detonator Charges
RANGE: 1000

Passive: Felix's basic attacks apply stacks of Charges to enemy units. Up to 5 stacks of Charges can be applied to a single unit. If that unit takes damage from any source other than Felix, all stacks are consumed, dealing minimum damage, regardless of the number of stacks.

  • Damage per stack: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+15% AP)
  • Maximum Damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+75% AP)

Active: Felix manually detonates the charges, dealing bonus damage for additional stacks. If a target has 5 stacks consumed, it is stunned for 1 second.


Double Cross

Active: Felix increases an enemies champion's health pool by a huge amount and applies grievous wounds to it. After 5 seconds, it takes additional damage based on the damage it took during those 5 seconds and additional damage based on its health (current health if over 50% of max, missing health if under 50% of max), and loses the bonus maximum health.

  • Health Pool Increase: 750 / 1000 / 1250
  • Bonus Damage: 20% / 25% / 30% of damage taken (+40% of Bonus AD)
  • Bonus Current Health Damage: 13% / 15% / 17% of current health
  • Bonus Missing Health Damage: 12% / 14% / 16% of missing health

This is my twentieth champion concept. As such, the ratios and costs may not be perfectly balanced to best fit Felix into the existing list of champions.
