Active: Upon activation, Oro leaves a short trail of fire behind him, slowing enemies and dealing magic damage every second for 3 seconds.

Divine Scorched Earth
Active: Oro may reactivate Scorched Earth within a few seconds to launch a ball of fire to a target area. These flames last for 3 seconds, deal greater damage, and have a greater slowing effect.
Passive: Increases Oro's basic attack range by 100.
Passive: Additionally, if Oro can attack the same target 3 times while Water Whips is active, it is slowed for 2 seconds.
Slow: 30% / 40% / 50% / 60% / 70%
COST: 120 / 110 / 100 / 90 / 80 mana
COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10
Active: Oro fuses with the earth, granting himself a shield which grants armor and magic resist, and greatly slowing him while the shield endures. The shield makes him immune to any other crowd control, and lasts for up to 4 seconds.

Movement Speed Reduction: 30%
Divine Unshakable Union
Active: Oro may reactivate this Unshakable Union to dive into the earth for up to 2 seconds. He is untargetable during this time, and may activate Unshakable Union a third time to dig up to a nearby area, dealing damage and knocking all nearby enemy units back.
Magic Damage: 20 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 40% AP)
State of Divinity
COST: 120 mana
COOLDOWN: 70 / 60 / 50
Passive: Upon leveling up this ability, Oro may upgrade one of his basic abilities to upgrade its effectiveness.
Active: Oro becomes one with all the elements, taking reduced damage and dealing true damage every second for 5 seconds to nearby enemies. While in this state, Oro's basic attacks deal bonus true damage to enemy units.
Damage Reduction: 20% / 35% / 50%
True Damage per Second: 10 / 20 / 30
Total True Damage: 50 / 100 / 150
Bonus True Damage: 6 / 8 / 10
This is my third champion concept. As such, the ratios and costs may not be perfectly balanced to best fit Oro into the existing list of champions.
