Abilities

Passive: While out of combat, Uri makes string tricks with his bandalore. Uri's next basic attack deals up to 12 - 108 (based on level) (+50% AP) bonus magic damage.

  • Charge Time: 6 seconds


Walk the Dog
COST: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 mana

Active: Uri makes his bandalore rapidly expand while it spins on the ground, granting him steadily increasing movement speed over 4 seconds and damaging all enemy units it passes through. Uri may not use basic attacks while Walk the Dog is active. If the bandalore hits an enemy champion, it will wrap around them, preventing it from using basic attacks for 1.5 seconds. While an enemy champion is Wrapped, Uri may reactivate Walk the Dog to pull himself to the enemy.

  • Movement Speed Bonus: 3% initially, up to 150%
  • Physical Damage: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 (+20% of Bonus AD)


Elastic Fling
RANGE: 800
COST: 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 mana

Active: Uri uses a special cord on a separate bandalore, lobbing it to a target area, damaging enemy units. If it hits an enemy champion, they are slowed for 1 second, and the bandalore bounces back to Uri, instantly refreshing Elastic Fling's cooldown.

  • Physical Damage: 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 (+15% AD)
  • Slow: 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%


Tripwire
RANGE: 150
COST: 65 mana

Active: Uri ties a tripwire between 2 points. If an enemy unit breaks the wire, it takes magic damage and is revealed for 3 seconds. Up to 5 Tripwire traps may be active at once; traps last for 3 minutes.

  • Magic Damage: 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 / 325 (+80% AP)


Akimbo
RANGE: 125
COST: 100 mana
COOLDOWN: 90 / 80 / 70

Active: Uri whips out another bandalore and begins spinning both rapidly around himself, dealing damage every second to nearby enemies for 15 seconds. While Akimbo is active, Uri's attack speed is doubled, and his basic attacks deal bonus magic damage.

  • Damage per second: 25 / 50 / 75 (+20% of Bonus AD)

This is my eighteenth champion concept. As such, the ratios and costs may not be perfectly balanced to best fit Uri into the existing list of champions.
