Before you curse at me and yell, "LEARN TO THINK!" I want you to know that I just like making concepts not numbers. I know that this is OP and also know that I don't know how to balance it.
If you have better numbers, please suggest.
My concept on W was to allow player (yea, this will never happen) to choose between massive damage or small bonus per hit.
Concept on Q and E was to duel melee champion. This champion is meant to be squishy. Knockbacks are used to allow her auto-attack, but not from enemy melee champions.... Except Jarvan and other spear fellows.
And if you get the reference of this character.... except the ultimate I guess.... you get a picture of a cookie!

And really, it REALLY is unbalanced. Suggest better numbers.
