Active: Selene invokes the dichotomy of the sun and the moon to punish those who trust the former, as their patron betrays them. Selene begins channeling, creating a beam of white light above the targeted enemy champion. If the enemy escapes into the Fog of War or out of the ability's range before the two second channel ends, the targeting lock is broken, and half of Rebuke the Sun's cooldown and mana cost is refunded. Otherwise, the locked target is dealt magic damage, slowed, loses its allied vision, and has its vision radius drastically reduced for a short time.
