Teenage caucasian girl, around 16 years old, fusion of a Noxian girl with a Darkin soul. Very pale and thin, white hair. Her right arm is covered by a huge bone weapon. Think a mix between
's sword and Alex's arm in [PROTOTYPE]. Black eyes turning red when under her arm's control. When Amok is toggled on, her arm is surrounded by a swirling red and black aura that becomes bigger and bigger as she gains more Fury.
Date: 9 October, 23 CLE
This girl is young. She must be sixteen at most. Yet her empty eyes can express all the pain she has endured: way too much for that age. Her dark rings reveal a deep lack of sleep. Her skinny legs look like the could collapse at any time. The paleness of her face makes her look so fragile. Her maturity and her distress are all the more terrifying.
She has not said nor done anything yet. However, the judges can see she is screaming for help. They are discussing. She must have dreadfull memories. She may not endure them another time. Maybe they should not continue the Judgement. Still they have to.
Haruka feels stifled. Everything is red around her. She is confined in a translucent tube, hemmed by an odd red liquid, soaking into her whole body and filling her stomach and her lungs. She does not even know how she is able to breath. She puts her little hands on the icy glass. The liquid is too blurred to see anything outside, except horrific bordeless shapes. She can barely make out other tubes around hers. A dull and harrowing noise keeps repeating unrelentingly, in sync with her heartbeat.
Something is moving. Haruka tries to shout but no sound comes out of her mouth. The shape passes before her eyes but goes away and vanishes. The girl hits the wall with all of her might. Realizing the uselessness of her efforts, she gives up and lets herself go back to her inexorable fate. She only wishes she could cry.
But the shape is coming back and, this time, it stops in front of her. Haruka opens an eye again. Bubbles are goind up all around. She vaguely distinguishes a face but she can't see any detail. It seems that the shape is talking to her. Haruka is not sure -She cannot hear. The liquid level is slowly decreasing too. The girl finally gets a few words. Far away...
Haruka feels the liquid flowing out of her body like her own vital strength. She suffocates. She is drowning. In the air. It makes no sense.
She passes out.
Haruka wakes up. She is now curled up at the bottom of a tree. Another vision. Her stomach gurgles.
The road is still long. Far away... Haruka gazes at her right arm: the sight of this weapon makes her shudder everytime. This blade exudes blood and violence. It looks so terrifying. She would like to get definitely rid of it. But she can't. This abomination is grafted to her body.
As she stands up, she suddenly feels dizzy. Her sight becomes all red for a split second. She can hear the same dull noise than in her old prison. These visions are more and more frequent, long and accurate. This is not a good sign. Haruka keeps living in the fear that someday her nightmare will not end.
The young girl is following the road. The sun has not risen yet. The immense trees that border the track create frightening shadows, dancing all around her. She sees a light about fifty meters before her. It is a burning caravan. Next to it, two men are standing, laughing and watching the fire. The first one is holding a torch, the other a sword. Haruka's curiosity pushes her to come closer. She steps on a dead branch. Damn! The two men are turning round. The girl stands still in the middle of the road, her face lightened by the mild glow of the blaze. Haruka wants to flee but her legs refuse to obey.
The robbers are pointing at her. They are coming now. Haruka finally starts running without looking back. She can hear the brigands yelling and swearing behind her. Her sight turns suddenly red again. No! Not now! Blinded, the girl stumbles on a root and falls flat on the ground.
The bandits are approaching. Haruka tries to move back but her left knee is badly skinned. She is murmuring mechanically: "Don't approach me... Don't approach me... Don't approach me..."
"Have you ever seen something like this, Deb?" says the man with the sword.
The other shakes his head, "Never. But it may have a great value on the black market..."
"Right?" replies the first one, "Don't move, my sweet. I'm just going to borrow that pretty right arm..."
"Don't approach me...' continues Haruka, "Or it will kill you..."
Nevertheless, the bandit grabs her arm and forces her to stand up. The girl cries out fearfully. She feels an intense pain in her arm, spreading to her whole body. Freezing shivers shake her backbone. Her heartbeat is accelerating rapidly: she can hear its resonance in all her members. Her sight becomes red again. This time, her eyes are turning scarlet too. Horrified, the man releases her.
But it is already too late.
Haruka regains consciousness. The sun has come up and is lightening her reddened face. She is laying down in the middle of the clearing. Her first reflex is to verify if her right arm is still there. It is. But her clothes are soaked. She moves her hand above her head to hide the dazzling rays of the sun. Several red drops fall on her face. Haruka quivers. She understands that she is lying in the midst of a gigantic pool of blood. She feels the warm vapors infiltrate her nose and her mouth. Trickles of fuild are running back up along her right aem. Absorbing blood is the only way to calm this thing. But everytime it asks for more.
Haruka has fear to turn her head. She knows that the butchered corpses of the brigands are probably lying next to her. The thing is more and more violent and bloodthirsty everytime it appears. The young girl rises her head and stares to her trembling, atrocious, yet so skinny, hands again. "I am... I am a monster..."
She stays in the clearing for several hours before she stands up and continues her trip. The road is still long.
The day is almost ending by now. Haruka is running out of breath. In front of her, a road sign proudly indicates ZAUN. The girl walks a little more. Before her eyes now lays a gigantic and horrendous swamp, surrouding the dirty and filthy city-state. So this is where I come from...
It is pouring. The brown water is overflowing from the sewers. Haruka is soaked, her clothes stick to her skin. The blood that had penetrated her hair is slowly trickling to the ground, forming a red puddle at her feet. The back alley looks really unwellcoming. Not a soul in sight. Zaun becomes a ghost town when it rains: everybody avoids the toxic showers.
The girl heads towards the door at the bottom of the lane, poorly hand-painted with off-white and rusty-coloured bands. A flashy yellow banner says not to enter. Haruka puts her hand on the rusted cold iron. Another vision makes her convulse. No doubt, it is here. She inhales deeply and raps at the door.
A chemist half-opens the door, "Who are you?"
"Let me enter," answers Haruka so coldly that the man steps aside without further ado. The room is a giant laboratory. Multicolored phials, big cauldrons, endless pipes and strange Hextech machines everywhere. Haruka hears the noise. It tetanizes her.
"So you finally came back." This voice. The voice she hears in her visions. "I am always proud to meet my old creations again..."
Haruka turns towards Singed and throws herself at his feet, stuttering, "Set me free... I beg you..."
The scientist catches her left arm and helps her stand up, "I've been waiting for you since a long time, you know?"
Haruka nods. Singed smiles back. But brusquely, he strikes her in the face, projecting her five meters away.
Haruka is astounded. She does not understand what is happening. The scientists have gathered in circle around her. The mad chemist barks harshly, "What a pity... It seems like you are just another failure... You are useless. Go away."
Another? Haruka remembers when she was locked. She could distinguish several other cylinders next to hers. How many? How many children were imprisoned with me in this laboraty?
"How many lives have you broken?"
Haruka stands up. She can't tolerate to be treated this way. Not anymore. She would use the force if necessary. She grits her teeth: her knee is still wounded and it hurts like hell. Singed yamns, ignoring her question, "So what? What are you going to do now? I have other cats to whip."
Have you really created us, just to reject us afterwards?
Haruka rushes towards the chemist, screaming "You bastard!", but her arm only finds Singed's shield. Another painful blow in the gut projects the girl away again, cutting through her breath. Nevertheless, she stands up again.
Haruka does not know how many time this scene has reoccured. However, she endures more and more hits without even scratching Singed back. He has not even had to move but his arms. Everything she stands up, she is just thrown down to the ground, over and over.
I am a failure.
She does not move anymore. A trickle of blood leaks out of her mouth. Her eyes have lost any sign of life. "Are you dead already?" No answer. Singed turns away and orders, "Take her organs off and throw her in the furnace. If I can get something interesting from her vitals, her existence wouldn't have been completely worthless."
Singed gazes back a the girl. Just an intuition. Her eyes have become scarlet. A dreadful, black and red, aura surrounds progressively her arm. The other scientists are moving back fearfully. But Singed is smiling. His look expresses the same feeling as a little boy finding his old favorite toy again. He whispers for himself, "I knew you were the good one, Subject #30..."
But Haruka is not listening anymore. Anger is now flowing in her veins instead of blood. Drifting away from the reality, she freely gives herself over to her murderous madness.
The scene vanishes suddenly. Haruka is now in front of the Court. One of the Judges had stood up, "I refuse to continue."
The young girl bursts out in tears. Quaking, she has fallen on her knees. She looks more pallid than ever, as if her blood had left her whole body. It must be the reason why she is so thin: her arm must absorb all her vital energy. The judge turns his head not to see her face. He asks, "Why the hell do you want to join the League? Wasn't that enough for you?"
Silence. Haruka tightens her right arm as if she wanted to shatter it. She finally answers, "This is my last chance... The processus will not stop. It will end up eating me entirely... It's only a matter of time... But Singed told me that... if I can become strong enough... I may be able to control it. All I need is to find out what my real power is..."
"So I can destroy it."
Fighting fire with fire.
The judge clenches his fists. I admire that courage.
After a long moment of reflexion, he waves at his colleagues to open the door and leaves the room without adding anything.
Haruka's voice changes when Amok is activated.
