Lydia, the Faerie is a custom champion in League of Legends. She is a small blond-haired swallowtail-butterfly-winged faerie. Very classic, I know. But there is no real faerie in LoL (Lulu looks more like a sorceress imo). And I cannot tolerate that.
Passive: Ally champions within 1000 range gain 15% spellvamp.
COST: 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 mana
COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8
Active: After a 0.5 second cast time, Lydia throws an orb that deals magic damage to enemies, silencing them for 0.5 second.
The damage is really high but the skill has a high cooldown, a cast time and the projectile is very very slow (even slower than Flash Frost).
COST: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 mana per second
Toggle: When activated, Lydia consumes each second her mana to deal magic damage to surrounding enemies. She heals herself, as well as ally champions within the same range, for 10% of the damage dealt (20% against champions).
On enemy champion: Lydia binds to an enemy champion for a maximum of 3 seconds. She steals 30% of his movement speed, armor and magic resistance during this duration. She deals magic damage every half-second, healing herself for half the damage dealt.
Damage per second: 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% (+ 1% per 100 AP)of target's maximum health
Total damage: 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24% (+ 3% per 100 AP)of target's maximum health
On ally champion: Lydia binds to an ally champion, increasing both movement speed by 30%. She passes on 30% of her armor and magic resistance to this ally for the duration and loses health every half-second to heal him. There is no duration limit, and Lydia can reactivate the skill to break the tether.
Tether range: 650 for both uses
Health cost: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 health per second
Vital Link is a single-targeted ability and can target both ally and enemy champions.
On an enemy champion, it steals the target's movement speed, armor and magic resistance, as well as a maximum health percentage over time.
On an ally champion, it increases the target's movement speed, armor and magic resistance and heals him, at the cost of your own health, mana and resistances.
The enemy version lasts for 3 seconds or until the enemy breaks the tether.
The ally version lasts until the skill is reactivated or until the tether is broken.
Lydia cannot die from the health cost.
The cooldown starts when the tether is created, not when it is broken.
However, Lydia cannot create several tethers at the same time.

Active: Lydia reduces the armor and the magic resistance of enemy champions in the 450-radius target area. The amount of armor and magic resistance reduced is split amongst ally champions in the same area. The effect decays progressively over 5 seconds.
