Lyle Manevault, the Manaborn is a fan-made champion for League of Legends.
Power Burst's damage over time debuff is called Power Burst.
Being a debuff, it can be removed by .
Power Burst's mana increase can be triggered by killing an enemy unit with any of Lyle's damage sources, including auto-attacks, champion abilities, summoner spells and item actives.
Power Burst briefly grants standard sight in the area, after its delay.
Ionic Synapse randomly targets nearby enemies.
Prioritizes champions and other enemies being damaged by .
Power Burst Ionic Synapse can bounce to targets in the Fog of War.
Ionic Synapse cannot bounce to stealthed units.
Discharge has no cast time and does not interrupt Lyle's previous orders.
Discharge cannot bring Lyle under 30% of his maximum mana.
The effect will end upon reaching this threshold.
Discharge's cool-down will start at the end of its effects.
This is my fourth custom champion concept. I've been working on it since 2013, trying to find a way to make a champion use mana like more than just a resource. I'm very fond with mages from
World of Warcraft and LoL, as well as supports, and I love having lots of mana. and Ryze are the only ones whose abilities scale directly with their maximum mana (and I really like that concept), so this is my mana-based champion. Some facts about Lyle:
September 20, 2014:
Health per level reduced to 65 from 67.
Base mana regen back to 6.0 from 5.0.
Mana regen per level increased to 0.65 from 0.55.
No longer grants spell critical chance.
Applies a debuff for 6 seconds to enemies damaged by Lyle's abilities.
Stores 15% of the damage dealt to enemies, up to a cap.
Detonates at the end of its duration to deal magic damage equal to the amount stored.
Deals bonus damage equal to a random amount between 2% - 8% of Lyle's maximum mana.
Projectile width increased to 200 from 150.
Magic damage adjusted to 70/120/170/220/270 from 80/115/150/185/220.
Initial magic damage increased to 20/45/70/95/120 from 20/40/60/80/100.
Magic damage per second increased to 20/35/50/65/80 from 20/30/40/50/60.
Now slows targets hit by 60% which decreases over its duration.
Amount of bounces increased to 6 from 4.
Jump range increased to 450 from 300.
Now passively restores mana by half of the damage dealt by .

(innate): Lyle has a shield that drains mana whenever he takes damage. When his mana depletes completely, his mana regeneration decreases when in combat.
Power Shield : Lyle sends out a long range energy blast in a line, dealing damage and stunning for a short duration.
Resonating Blast : Lyle increases his maximum mana upon killing an enemy. When activated, his shield detonates to deal damage to enemies around him, doing so leaves him vulnerable.
Mana Surge : Lyle throws a ball of energy to a target dealing magic damage, and bounces up to 5 enemies. Then the ball returns to restore mana.
Ionic Synapse (ultimate): Lyle empowers his abilities for a short time.
Overcharge Power Shield - Absorbs twice the damage per mana drained.
Resonating Blast - Increases its range.
Mana Surge - Scoring an assist increases mana, and killing a champion doubles the bonus.
Ionic Synapse - The ball heals Lyle when returning to him.
