Hello peoples, so far Talon is my main character. I seem to have a different play style then what others may seem "normal". So I wanted to know if this style of play would be good, I've been doing well in PvA, and ok in PvP (haven't been PvPing much since I was getting IP), but here it is

Masteries

I'm going for a 22/0/8

Runes

I.. Don't have any, may be the reason why I'm having a hard time in PvP

(Saving IP at the moment)

Spells

I go Ignite and Flash

(I tried Exhust and did horrible)

Build

I start with Boots of Speed and 2 Health Potion and 1 Mana Potion

I then get Ionian Boots of Lucidity (Talon loves the CDR)

Next I rush B. F. Sword (hehe I can start killing)

Next I go for Vampiric Scepter or if I been doing good, rush straight to The Bloodthirster

Then go for pure power by getting The Brutalizer

Speed comes next so I get Zeal to Phantom Dancer

Next I finish the main by getting Youmuu's Ghostblade

From then I assess the situation:

If I died often I get: Warmog's Armorand Atma's Impaler

If I haven't been dying I get: Last Whisper and Infinity Edge

Ablities

Game starts Lvl 1: I get  Rake(1) for poking purposes

Lvl 2:  Noxian Diplomacy(1)

Lvl 3:  Cutthroat(1) (Now I can start killing, well ablity-wise)

Lvl 4:  Rake(2)

Lvl 5:  Noxian Diplomacy(2)

Lvl 6:  Shadow Assault(1)

Lvl 7:  Cutthroat(2)

Lvl 8:  Rake(3)

Lvl 9:  Noxian Diplomacy(3)

Lvl 10:  Rake(4)

Lvl 11:  Shadow Assault(2)

Lvl 12:  Noxian Diplomacy(4)

Lvl 13:  Rake(5)

Lvl 14:  Noxian Diplomacy(5)

Lvl 15:  Cutthroat(3)

Lvl 16:  Shadow Assault(3)

Lvl 17:  Cutthroat(4)

Lvl 18:  Cutthroat(5)

Play Style

Like all assassians, I always try to jump the squishy mage/range, my basic combo is:

Ready Noxian Diplomacy, jump my opponent with Cutthroat and hit with Noxian Diplomacy, next I'll start AutoAttacking in which they may try to flee. If they flee or not, I'll still hit with Rake, and continue AutoAttacking. Lastly once in range of chase and if they're low enough, finish it with Shadow Assault, and recast it for return. If there is multiple champion when I first jump in with Cuttroat, I'll try to hit as many as I can with Rake, then use Shadow Assault and get out, unless team is nearby.
