Active: Quort spits a string made of arcane energy, that binds him with the enemy struck by it. The enemy affected with the ability is damaged and stunned by 2,5 seconds, while Quort gains movement speed for the duration. The bind is broken if he leaves the ability range, losing the movement speed bonus.
Passive: Quort absorbs energy from his environment, gaining Arcane Charges every 18 seconds. Quort can only store 10 charges.
Damage per projectile: 180 / 200 / 220 (+ 50% AP)
Active: Quort spends his Arcane Charges, throwing around him Arcane Projectiles to nearby enemies. The amount of projectiles depends on the amount of charges stored, to a maximum number of three per activation, hitting the closest enemy champions to him.
