Passive	Unique: On-hit, attacking the same target more then 4 times (on-hit-effect applying abilities count as attack) will inflict the target enemy champion with Grievous Wound, which reduces the enemy healing and regeneration by 50% and damages the target by 4% of their missing health over 8 seconds (last 8 seconds)
Active	Unique: If targeted a champion, it will turn them into gold disabling them, but also make them invunerable for 0.5(if the caster is ranged, or 0.75 if the caser is melee) . If targeted a minion, or monster it will smite it, dealing 400 (+1.0 per Attack Damage) magic damage and u will gain 25 gold, if you kill the minion, or monster with it. (120 seconds cooldown)

• The passive damage component of this item effectively prohibits enemy champions from using Recall for 8 seconds after you hit them.
• The passive damage also can delay or break stealth. For example, Teemo's  Camouflage will not activate while the passive is in effect.
• The active/passive makes this item extremely effective against champions with healing abilities, as well as the use of health potions. It is also effective against champions and item builds that rely on spell vamp and/or life steal. Examples of champions/abilities/items that it counters include:

  • Dr. Mundo's  Sadism
  • Fiddlesticks's  Drain
