Below you will find a comprehensive list of new features, cosmetics and balance changes that are currently active in the PBE relative to the live server. These changes are all highly tentative and are all subject to change, or may even be scrapped. A change that has been scrapped will be stricken through. Reasons content might be reverted includes bugs or end-of-cycle patch preparation.

- Removed Innate: Whenever Ahri hits an enemy with one of her abilities, she gains a charge of Essence Theft, and can gain up to 3 charges per ability cast. Upon reaching 9 charges, her next ability heals her for Error: Parameter '3' is not accepted. (+ 9% AP) for each enemy hit.
- New Innate: Whenever Ahri's abilities hit a champion, she refunds 15% of its mana cost.
- Removed: Granting Error: Parameter '3' is not accepted. bonus movement speed.
- New Effect: Casting Orb of Deception grant one stack. At 2 stacks, Ahri's next Orb of Deception will restore Error: Parameter '3' is not accepted. (+ 9% AP) health for each enemy hit.
- Cooldown reduced to 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 seconds from 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5.
- AP ratio increased to 40% AP from 30% AP.
- Initial delay increased to 0.4 seconds from 0.25.
- New Effect: Cooldown now begins on cast instead of after the last fox-fire attacks/expires.
- Targets rules adjust based on how long the flames have been out:
- 0 to 0.4: no effect.
- 0.4 to 2: enemy champions affected by within 5 seconds, or the target of Ahri's last basic attack.
- 2 to 5: closest visible enemy, prioritizing champions, then the target of Ahri's last basic attack.
- Base damage reduced to 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 from 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 / 200.
- AP ratio reduced to 40% AP from 60% AP.
- New Effect: If Charm hits an enemy champion, Ahri's abilities deal 20% bonus damage to them for 5 seconds.
- Cooldown increased to 120 / 105 / 90 seconds from 110 / 95 / 80.
- Base damage reduced to 70 / 100 / 130 from 70 / 110 / 150.
- AP ratio increased to 35% AP from 25% AP.
Dashes increased to 3 / 4 / 5 from 3 at all ranks.New Effect: Each cast of Spirit Rush reduces the remaining cooldown of Ahri's other abilities by 1.5 seconds.

- New Effect: Hitting an enemy champion with an ability permanently increases your maximum mana by 10, up to 400 mana (4 second cooldown). After reaching 400 bonus mana, restore 1% of your missing mana every 4 seconds.
- Removed Effect: Your next ability with a mana or energy cost has its mana or energy cost refunded, and restores 8% of your missing mana or 8% of your missing energy.
