Innate: Vladimir gains (2.5% bonus health) bonus ability power and (140% AP) bonus health. These bonuses do not stack with themselves.

Crimson Pact is a self-targeted buff.

Active: Vladimir drains the lifeforce of the target enemy, dealing magic damage and healing himself.

Each cast of Transfusion generates a stack of Bloodthirst over its cooldown, which is displayed in his secondary resource bar. At 2 stacks, Vladimir gains Crimson Rush for 2.5 seconds and 10% bonus movement speed for 0.5 seconds.

Crimson Rush

Crimson Rush: Transfusion deals 85% increased damage and heals for an additional 30 - 200 (based on level) (+ 5% (+ 4% per 100 AP) missing health), reduced to 35% against minions.

Ability Details
Transfusion is a single-targeted ability with healing and self-targeted buff components.

Additional Information:

  • Vladimir's resource bar changes colors depending on Bloodthirst's charge-up.
    1. White while generating the first stack (there is no time-out period)
    2. Orange while at 1 stack and while generating the second one.
    3. Red while Crimson Rush is active (Bloodthirst will deplete over 2.5 seconds once triggered)
    • Each stack generates over-time (Transfusion's cooldown)
  • Transfusion has a 0.25 seconds cast time and will heal Vladimir instantly, the projectile doesnt heal him.
  • If Vladimir uses Sanguine Pool Sanguine Pool or activates Zhonya's Hourglass item Zhonya's Hourglass immediately after Transfusion, or if the target is behind Wind Wall Wind Wall, the projectile will fizzle and he will not be healed.

Sanguine Pool

Sanguine Pool

Active: Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood, gaining 37.5% bonus movement speed which decays exponentially over 1 second and becoming Playful untargetable and Ghost ghosted for 2 seconds.

Enemies who stand upon the pool are Slow icon slowed by 40% and dealt magic damage every half second, while Vladimir heals himself for 15% of the damage dealt.

20 / 33.75 / 47.5 / 61.25 / 75 (+ 2.5% bonus health)

Ability Details
Sanguine Pool is a self-targeted, point-blank area of effect.

Additional Information:

  • The first tick damages immediately so the final one occurs 0.5 seconds before Vladimir becomes targetable again.
  • The slow ends immediately once affected enemies get out of range.
  • Sanguine Pool has no cast time.
  • Sanguine Pool has a (+ 14% AP) ratio thanks to Crimson Pact Crimson Pact.
  • Vladimir cannot use basic attacks or abilities while Sanguine Pool is active (but he can use summoner spells and/or activate items)
  • Vladimir will be affected by some abilities (Petrifying Gaze Petrifying Gaze, Feral Scream Feral Scream) as he enters Sanguine Pool but he will still gain its effects.
  • If damage-over-time effects (Ignite Ignite, Drain Drain, Torment Torment) were applied to Vladimir before entering Sanguine Pool he will still be damaged by them while being untargetable.
  • Vladimir will become untargetable to self-cast allied abilities (Monsoon Monsoon, Aria of Perseverance Aria of Perseverance) although Wish Wish will heal him), auras (Abyssal Mask item Abyssal Mask, Tailwind Tailwind), and will not be healed by fountain while inside Sanguine Pool.
  • Sanguine Pool cannot go through player-created terrain (Crystallize Crystallize, Cataclysm Cataclysm, Pillar of Ice Pillar of Ice) but can bypass Event Horizon Event Horizon since Vladimir ignores crowd control effects for the duration.

Tides of Blood
COST: 8% Maximum Health

Tides of Blood

First Cast: Vladimir charges for up to 1.5 seconds, Slow icon slowing himself by 20% over the last 0.5 seconds. If Vladimir finishes charging or is Silence icon interrupted, he automatically initiates the second cast.

Second Cast: Vladimir unleashes a nova of blood bolts, each of which collide with the first enemy they hit, dealing them magic damage that is increased the longer Tides of Blood was charged, up to the first second.

Minimum Magic Damage:
30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+ 2.5% maximum health) (+ 35% AP)
Maximum Magic Damage:
60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 6% maximum health) (+ 100% AP)

If Tides of Blood was charged for at least 1 second, affected enemies are also Slow icon slowed for 0.5 seconds.

Enemies can intercept multiple bolts, but can only be damaged once. Minions can each absorb up to 5 bolts, and damage nearby unaffected minions if hit.

  • Tides of Blood has a 0.25 second cast time.
  • Tides of Blood can hit enemy champions in fog of war, in brush, or when stealthed.
  • Tides of Blood has a bonus (+ 2.5% bonus health) ratio thanks to Crimson Pact Crimson Pact.

COOLDOWN: 150 / 135 / 120

Active: Vladimir infects all enemies in the target area with a virulent plague, increasing the damage they take from all sources by 10% for 4 seconds, after which all infected enemies take magic damage.

Magic damage:
150 / 250 / 350 (+ 70% AP)

Vladimir is healed per champion damaged by the detonation, but the heal is reduced to 50% after the first.

Minimum Heal:
150 / 250 / 350 (+ 70% AP)
Maximum Heal:
450 / 750 / 1050 (+ 210% AP)
Ability Details
Hemoplague is a ground-targeted area of effect with a debuff component.

Additional Information:

  • Hemoplague will amplify almost all sources and types of damage (including damage from neutral monsters but excluding true damage, with percent modifiers stacking multiplicatively)
    • Hemoplague amplifies itself for an actual 165 / 275 / 385 (+ 77% AP) damage.
  • Hemoplague has no cast time and affects the target area instantly, yet there is a 0.5 seconds animation time which prevents Vladimir from using Transfusion Transfusion or Tides of Blood Tides of Blood, although he can use Sanguine Pool Sanguine Pool, summoner spells, and activate items during this time.
  • Hemoplague will not cancel an enemy's Recall Recall since the damage is delayed.
