The Wraith is a neutral monster in League of Legends described in game as "A fragile monster that takes less damage from physical attacks and steals life each time it strikes". The Wraith only had life steal prior to patch V1.0.0.130.
The dead still plague the aftermath of the Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline, and those who chose to linger here have turned to ghastly Wraiths. These flying Undead attack any who happen to pass by, haunting their victims with visions of the death and destruction that took place here.
In Summoner's Rift it will also have a buff which returns health.
It can be found amongst three 
Lesser Wraiths on Summoner's Rift and in a group with two Lesser Wraiths on Twisted Treeline.
