- Playing As
Zoe
- Since Sleep can double damage for your ally, she is viable for support. Specially for immobile burst damage champion like Nasus or Cho'Gath.
- Sleepy Trouble Bubble travels further over walls. Find a hiding spot to set up for a long distance kill.
- Playing Against Zoe
- Zoe's Paddle Star only has a 1 second recast time. As Zoe is setting up her Q, try to stun her so she misses her recast window.
- Zoe must return to her starting point after casting Portal Jump, making her vulnerable to a counterattack.
Playstyle[]
Zoe is a crafty artillery mage that can destroy enemies from afar, relying on her skillshots, juking capabilities and the shards collected from enemies. Her spells center around maximizing 
Paddle Star damage, while 
Spell Thief allows her to exploit her enemy's actions. She is also a proficient roamer, picking on potential squishy targets to gank straight on or behind walls.
Ability Usage[]
- More Sparkles! [Innate]
- The passive damage is best reserved for harassment and execution from early game.
- Using Paddle Star activates the innate after both casts.

- Paddle Star [Q]
- Don't make a habit of firing from behind, Paddle Star can jump from advantageous side angles that circumvent meat shields like minion waves.
- Spell Thief [W]
- Study enemy spells used in a match, communicate with allies to find out who has used spells and attempt to collect the shards fallen in lane.
- It's best to use defense or utility shards in teamfights as some can save teammates from certain death.
- When engaging for damage, try your best to land the bubble so it will hold the target in a single place.
- Use the trap to zone enemies from contesting objectives, like first tower, or dragon.
- Portal Jump [R]
- Consider using it for terrain jump to gank, scout unchecked areas like the epic monster pits and turret gank in or
- Against enemies with delay target dash like Alpha Strike, Death Mark or Assault and Battery, you can Portal Jump over wall to leave them there and escape.
- You can use Sleepy Trouble Bubble first then Portal Jump to it. The blink distance would allow her to reach her bubble in time, while the already expand bubble guarantee the enemy will get hit.

Runes[]
Sorcery fits very well into an intensive poke playstyle.
- Arcane Comet adds a lot of chip damage that rewards champion Paddle Star shots.
- Manaflow Band allows Zoe to get a little more aggressive with reckless spell-slinging in lane.
- Scorch works in tandem with Manaflow Band to enrich an aggressive spell-slinging playstyle.
- Absolute Focus is very likely to be maintained with Zoe's normal range.
Domination offers more offensive power in the form of burst damage, which compliments builds based on 
Lich Bane or 
Hextech Gunblade.
- Dark Harvest can accumulate into a very powerful extra burst damage off of Paddle Star, or fire off reliably from Portal Jump > More Sparkles! combo.

- Lich Bane can work in tandem with More Sparkles! to execute minions or attack champions from Portal Jump.
- Liandry's Torment synergies with Sleepy Trouble Bubble for extra damage.
